Its portfolio of business activities includes classification and technical assessment, verification services as well as certification & consultancy services, critical for satisfying the evolving expectations and needs of sophisticated customers.
Today the society is represented in all major ports of the world through its global network of survey and representation stations. More than 100 surveyors work for the GBS in Europe, Asia, Africa & the Americas - wherever ships are being built, repaired or operated.
